Nope.......just wrapped the empty plugs in plastic to prevent water getting in. I also bought gutter leaf guard at the big box store, (it's steel dipped in plastic, still looks good after years) to dress the empty holes. ( Cut to shape, and Installed from behind the facia with JB Weld. )

When I worked at Elliott. We had customers that would leave stuff sit for a year. Then all of a sudden wanted it done. Spent a lot of time working 12 hour days with no days off for weeks at a time....
