Nope.......just wrapped the empty plugs in plastic to prevent water getting in. I also bought gutter leaf guard at the big box store, (it's steel dipped in plastic, still looks good after years) to dress the empty holes. ( Cut to shape, and Installed from behind the facia with JB Weld. )

Been busy day. Took the mud flap off of the motorhome and cleaned it. It's stainless steel. Plus fix the hangers on the motorhome that hold the mud flap. That mud flag weights about 100 lbs. :eek:...
