Nope.......just wrapped the empty plugs in plastic to prevent water getting in. I also bought gutter leaf guard at the big box store, (it's steel dipped in plastic, still looks good after years) to dress the empty holes. ( Cut to shape, and Installed from behind the facia with JB Weld. )

On second thought, maybe you should move to Oregon... that brisk outside air from the NW might do you some good... (plus I heard that them free thinking hippie chicks don't wear skivs......
