Nope.......just wrapped the empty plugs in plastic to prevent water getting in. I also bought gutter leaf guard at the big box store, (it's steel dipped in plastic, still looks good after years) to dress the empty holes. ( Cut to shape, and Installed from behind the facia with JB Weld. )

I was hired during construction of the power plant. During construction, I was working 7- 12s. Then during start up and commissioning. It was 16 hr days for 6 months. Only had one day a month off....
