Nope.......just wrapped the empty plugs in plastic to prevent water getting in. I also bought gutter leaf guard at the big box store, (it's steel dipped in plastic, still looks good after years) to dress the empty holes. ( Cut to shape, and Installed from behind the facia with JB Weld. )

Yup, same here.. that's the last thing I want to do is spend a bunch of time reading random BS posts from people I don't really know to well... 99% of the stuff on internet sites and forums is...
