Nope.......just wrapped the empty plugs in plastic to prevent water getting in. I also bought gutter leaf guard at the big box store, (it's steel dipped in plastic, still looks good after years) to dress the empty holes. ( Cut to shape, and Installed from behind the facia with JB Weld. )

Yep, planning on buying a press. I've wanted one for a while anyways. There is a thread here with all the torque specs listed from the manual. :tup: Torque wrench does indeed work either way....
