Nope.......just wrapped the empty plugs in plastic to prevent water getting in. I also bought gutter leaf guard at the big box store, (it's steel dipped in plastic, still looks good after years) to dress the empty holes. ( Cut to shape, and Installed from behind the facia with JB Weld. )

I set cruise control at 15 over the speed limit. I get warnings even in other states :)

I call it "chasing the rabbit". Find the fastest car and follow it at a safe distance. When I see his brake lights, I hit mine too. Saved my butt a few times. :tup:

My technique in other states is simple. Find someone driving as fast as I want to go, and follow them. 21 years driving, no speeding tickets.
