Nope.......just wrapped the empty plugs in plastic to prevent water getting in. I also bought gutter leaf guard at the big box store, (it's steel dipped in plastic, still looks good after years) to dress the empty holes. ( Cut to shape, and Installed from behind the facia with JB Weld. )

The problem is they don't straight up tell you that. They are insinuating that you will be let go. So, people are resigning. It is happening where I work. I am sure someone is having an Oh CHIT...

This is just the start. As more companies requiring employees to be vaxxed. More people will not get it.

The 'requirement' to get the vax is also driving the shortages we are seeing. Lots of union truck drivers are saying 'up yours' when places like Tyson won't let them on the lots to pick up loads...
