Nope.......just wrapped the empty plugs in plastic to prevent water getting in. I also bought gutter leaf guard at the big box store, (it's steel dipped in plastic, still looks good after years) to dress the empty holes. ( Cut to shape, and Installed from behind the facia with JB Weld. )

It should fit. However the spool may not line up the same as your OEM. Just take a picture before you remove your OEM wheel. Then line up the new wheel in the same way the OEM was lined up. You...
