Nope.......just wrapped the empty plugs in plastic to prevent water getting in. I also bought gutter leaf guard at the big box store, (it's steel dipped in plastic, still looks good after years) to dress the empty holes. ( Cut to shape, and Installed from behind the facia with JB Weld. )

Had to do an airport run tonight and along the way is a solar farm, all of the panels were covered with snow for as far as the eye could see :shakes head: and that was before tonight’s storm had...
