Nope.......just wrapped the empty plugs in plastic to prevent water getting in. I also bought gutter leaf guard at the big box store, (it's steel dipped in plastic, still looks good after years) to dress the empty holes. ( Cut to shape, and Installed from behind the facia with JB Weld. )

We agreed to purchase contingent on inspection. No way would I buy a house without one. Location is in the quiet part of the city tucked away from the main roads and puts us in a higher priced area...

4. Radon testing 5. Also get it surveyed and have the corners of the lot pegged. My place. Over the years, the old owners had a hedge that grew out. When I had it surveyed. I lost about 2 ft on one...
