We agreed to purchase contingent on inspection. No way would I buy a house without one. Location is in the quiet part of the city tucked away from the main roads and puts us in a higher priced area per house compared to the one we made an offer on. So it can technically increase in value over time a little. We drove by the blocks yesterday and it was quiet thankfully.

Radon and pest inspection will be done alongside the overall inspection. We did skip the survey though because it was just done last year with no new changes apparently.
