CLR should remove rust and corrosion and give it a nice shine you could also use brasso or some other metal polisher and do it all by hand

no you wont, you can run full bolt ons without a tune, its just recommended to get a tune so you get the most power from those mods

piping design, the nismo s tune exhaust is a bigger version of the regular 370z exhaust, the nismo 370z exhaust is a true dual exhaust with an hpipe instead of a y pipe
