Lemurs I have pretty much the exact same car as you...do you notice that the 2012 black paint is not as shiny as the black "METALLIC" paint on the other 370z years? I wonder if its because for our 2012 year they didn't use metallic PAINT. If you look it up it looks like the only year they didn't use metallic paint is on the 2012's, its listed that way 2012 Nissan 370Z Colors, 2012 Nissan 370Z Paint Colors | Autobytel.com

Hi guys! Sorry if I post this on our group. But I just need help badly.
I just installed my injen CAI and everything was fine! But I'm kinda worries about the rain/flood here in Houston! Anyone of u with injen? Or have u guy heard about the problem of injen on our z? Any advice will be really appreciat! And all I need now is put back the front bumper but will wait for u guy to respond and I just want to prevent the sucking water happen in any case. Thanks a lot Houston z members!!!

hey the hood has been on the car for at least a year now. fitment is still perfect and the quality is great. no wear issues at all. I hope that answers your question.
