    I chalked it it up to heat affecting the fluid in the gauge causing a inaccurate reading ....but one thing to note ...once you increase from vacuum to boost (0+ boost ) the gauge will go to original...

    As with anything there is potential for a failure... I run the meth with a solenoid connected to my AFR gauge ... if it hits a lean condition it opens the wastegates to drop boost down to below meth...

    It’s a boost leak ... check couplers at throttle bodies then work your way down the intake pipes till you get to turbo ... or you can have it smoke tested to locate it... also check the vacuum nipple...
