Sorry for delayed response, don't come here often these days. I had ECUTek remote-tuned by Sebastian at SpecialtyZ in the USA. It's a very easy process. I'm in Sydney too and I don't know of any great 370Z workshops here unfortunately. I've just had my car serviced by the stealership so far.

Noticed that you are based in Australia. Would you have any recommendation on where to go to get a 370z tuned in Sydney or any shops that are well accustomed to working on a 370z?

Don't be so hasty. Exhaust scavenging is a thing, and R32 GTRs are known for sucking failed-turbo-ceramic-turbine dust back up the exhaust header and into the cylinder - leading to low compression...
