I'm not sure if I heard a tuner refusing it, although I can think of it just like reputable tattoo shops. Those who care about their work will turn down shitty ideas.

I wouldn't bet on it. As I was installing some wires through the door connector, I noticed the connector also didn't have all wires/pins in it. There isn't anything else that could go through that...
