Hey chuck...thanks for the response in the intake thread...I have a few more questions...I just know very little about engine work so sorry if I sound like an idiot lol...besides the MAF short part of the intake do they also carry a silicone piece that bends down and outside the engine bay like the other long tube intakes?

Yep, unfortunately, since there are so many variables and most of it boils down to how you drive, you kinda have to just pony up the cash and find out by trial and error.

Take the pads out, clean everything up and hit the backing plates with some anti squeal and see if that solves it.

That's assuming the company manages to make good on its end of the deal. If they fold, losing the 20% to get back whatever you could becomes the better deal.
