    Only when the stereo is cranked and David Gilmour is bending a string.

    Ok, seriously, not really. I expected a Roadster to have more road noise, and it does, but wierd noises? No. Nothing that would suggest anything mechanical. No wind whistles. Just overall louder from outside.

    Bear in mind I have over a quarter million miles touring on a motorcycle, so road noise isn't a real issue. In both cases I just turn up the stereo.

    Yeah. Can't argue with that. I'd rather have the top down for something like that. The Roadster's quarter window is even smaller than that of the coupe. :)

    Ah. Sometimes I go to that track for testing, myself. Only on track days, of course. I wish I'd had that confidence. Now I have four holes in the trunk. That's something of a commitment.
