I've seen the dash both ways above the fiberglass and below. So I'm leaning toward below with rivnuts to hold it all in place, but... Which way do you prefer????

I've seen the dash both ways above the fiberglass and below.
So I'm leaning toward below with rivnuts to hold it all in place, but... Which way do you prefer???? A picture of "above"  A picture of "below"
