I ended up painting mine. I used several coats of automotive high heat primer, paint and clear coat. Seems to be holding up so far. If it doesn't, I'll probably powdercoat. It didn't cost me anything since I already had all of the supplies from another project.

im diggin the cf engine cover and the hood struts. where did you get those struts? and what are the specs? i wanna get rid of the ugly metal hood holder. any fitment issues? maybe you should wrap the hood struts carbon fiber. it should look hott. and how did you chrome out the strut bar?
