But I do seem to recall that they don't really always stay up with just the cables still attached. Mine were falling back down while I was playing with it trying to figure out which way to go.

Like Mike said. By hand. There's some resistance there. I might have quick removable clamp to keep from lowering on bumpy surfaces. There was done good weight savings there.

I noticed you didn't use the washer on the front link. I did as it squared up everything a little better and improved the clearance between the link and suspension. The rear looks like mine, full short almost. Looks good. By the way, what did you torque to?

I actually forgot to put the washer back on. I'm going to have to do that. I just get everything tight as I always do. I don't worry so much about actual numbers.

The top nut is at 120 ft-lbs on the front. That is "tight". Bottom is half that

That's sounds right. I've never had issues. Plus I always check everything every few weeks. It took my 2' breaker bar to get the top off.
