looks good, but open rim design screams for a BBK.... if you're planning a next mod, I'd put a BBK up there. Honestly your car doesn't need much else, aestheticly speaking.

The wheel itself is +22 then I added the 10mm spacer giving it a +12.

Your right. I'm aiming for a BBK and LSD by April. So it shouldn't be to much longer.

It really doesn't need much more. The headlights set this car of to me. Plus I'd like to get the door handles painted.

Yea you can get center caps. But I personally like them without it. More of a race look. Which is what I'm going for. Now maybe if I could get a video like yours I'd be set.
