yes I did find a quick solution which was to connect the electrical component of the ABS Module back into the the wire plug which is easy.

Im sure there a hard-wire setup that could be made to avoid doing this.
But I had to get Megan on the road and I havent spend more time into this.

My first ever mold !

The tooling Gelcoat layer was a bit thin but it still came up relatively good
I should have the first part started tomorrow.

From Master Cylinder:
2x 12mmx1 Metric to -3an Adapter Male
2x -3an Teflon hoses 10" and 18"

Front Brake Circuit:
1x -3an male to 10mmx1 male adapter
1x 3 way Tee 10mx1 Bubble flares adapter

Rear Brake Circuit:
1x Wilwood Brake proportioning valve 1/8NPT fitting
1x Wilwood remote brake bias adjusting cable
2x -3an male to 1/8" NPT adapter
1x -3an Teflon hose 6"
1x -3an male to 10mmx1 male adapter
1x 3 way Tee 10mx1 Bubble flares adapter

Hey good to find this thread. I just moved to the Toronto area last summer. I searched for CSCS and found your write up. Amazing stuff. Are you going to compete this year? I went to an event at Toronto Motorsports Park last August just too watch with a friend. I might enter one day for fun as well once I get a little more experience but some of those cars are just insane.

So doing this and leaving the module plugged in deletes the ABS, leaves the speedo working, keeps 70/30 braking, and no chance of ice mode?

doing this;
- will delete the ABS function
- Speedometer will work
- you will be able to adjust Brake bias
- You will not get Ice-mode but you might lockup your wheel depending how aggressive you are on the brake.

btw you can un-assemble the ABS module and just keep the electronic part of it.

I will still be on a military exercise during the first 2 months of the racing season (May/June) and I intent to participate twice Cayuga and DDT depending if they relatively keep the same Time attack date as last year.

Body Part Update !

I wasted 15$ on the first layer because of no experience with handling this kind of cloth which is a Hybrid of CF/Kevlar.

then the first applied layer was not perfect since I didn't made a hole/cut relief for the 4'' hole into the mold.

the second layer was a nice success !!!

The part is still drying up into the mold as we speak.

Looking good. Check out vacuum bagging. Real nice end result and you get better over all strength. Nice mold too

Don't worry I checked into the vacuum bagging

but because I force myself to follow a strict budget on Megan I cant afford all the stuff needed for the vacuum bagging setup.

if I have enough skill it gonna be quite crazy !!!

I'm finishing with that single exit overlay then I start that project which include a surprise.
I've been sick for the pass week so its not moving fast....
The car is in a non heated garage so again it doesn't make the process very fast....

I need a good job in the US... hehe

I two do not have a heated garage here in ct, just a covered carport. I have a template made up for a rear diffuser but it's been snowing like crazy so I can't do anything. I did some scale tests with the one I made but my biggest issue is my damn muffler, the only way it would fit is with a 12 degree angle which is too much. I thought about getting turn downs just before the rear axle but I think it might be too loud for the local tracks. My plan is to make it out of FRP then maybe a CF version after I figure out how to make a mould. That rear end is going to be bitchen when finished.
