Hard to explain, just slightly better handling/responsiveness. Probably due to the shorter sidewall and Toyo tires. I think they are within a few pounds (~1-2) of the stock Rays. Let me check on weight to verify. When I was mounting them up, they felt lighter lifting them onto the hub... __________________ Scott
