new dual port wastegates installed, these work similar to externals in that you supply a boost source to the diaphragm side to push the gate open, the opposite side you connect to your boost controller. By applying a certain amount of boost to the opposite side of the diaphragm you essentially have a stronger spring and it requires more boost to open the wastegate. This setup should let me reliably run between 10 and 20psi without suffering from boost drop off.
