HAHA I totally understand but in the world of VQ motors this does not apply for some reason, and ask any of the 350z guys...They don't know as well! But it is known that high flow headers lowers the boost! That Mustang of yours running good? You should bring it out to one of our many outings

The Kit was designed for a Stock 370z with stock exhaust therefor they made a pulley that produced 8 lbs for a stock 370z. His car has very free flowing exhaust (due to the long tube headers and berk cat back, and lack of cats) which makes it much more efficient so it will take a different pulley and tune in order to get the 8lbs of boost. So what needs to happen is he needs to get about a 10-12lb pulley and re tune. I would love to bring the stang out it runs great! I would love to see your car and others that Matt and I have talked about, however I have a pregnant wife at home so getting out isnt as easy anymore!
