Well we have decided that I will no longer be a low mount. Going race car!
We are working on a new support structure for the front bumper, hood, intercooler and turbo brackets right now. My 70mm will be mounted where the wind shield reservoir was w/ the exhaust coming out of the side of the front bumper. The boost pipe will be minimal as the turbo is right next to the intercooler inlet, less travel time! We have flipped the headers around facing the front of the car and V-banded them to the hot side piping. Also, less travel time to the turbo. Still a lot more to do, but getting very excited. I will blow fire on you if you are to the right of me, be warned!
