I have couple here somewhere from YouTube. I'll find them and post them soon enough. I'm om my iPhone at the moment.

SPOHN 10-10-2011 12:40 PM

Here's a couple of vids. Keep in mind this is with test pipes and silencers removed. It sounds amazing in person but it is loud, even inside of the car.

SPOHN 10-12-2011 06:55 PM

HKYStormFront 10-12-2011 06:57 PM

just out of curiosity, how much was that?

SPOHN 10-12-2011 07:38 PM

$20. It was a 8x12 not 8x10.

370Z JT 10-14-2011 03:31 AM

Car looks great.

esfourteen 10-14-2011 10:33 AM

great track shots! really wish I had something closer (nearest is about 3 hours away)

SPOHN 10-14-2011 12:11 PM

Yea I heard NY doesn't have many. This track is about 30 miles away. Not really used much as a road course. Then Road Atlanta is about 75 miles. Then also here in Ga were getting a new track early next year which is about 90 miles from me.

GA sounds like a good place to be....

SPOHN 10-14-2011 03:17 PM

That reasons it is. I just wished I lived on the north side of Atlanta. But I do like the country (more or so). My dads place you can go outside and shoot guns all night without any problems. Pretty much isolated.

How close to kings bay are you? I was thinking about goin there

SPOHN 10-14-2011 07:05 PM

Not sure where that is

Just looked it up. About three hours. That's the best thing about being in central GA area. Everthing is equally close statewide.

lol, if i go we should meet up and hit the road courses together. Ive been wanted to learn how to run a course instead of just being good in the 1/4 mile.

That's the only way I like it. :icon17:

Like one of my Facebook quotes.

Curves are for fast drivers.

I have been wanting to do this for awhile and now just got around to starting this. I wanted to paint all the pieces that are silver in my car to flat black giving that stealth look.

Being that the pieces that are around the shifter and the cup holder are the biggest pieces and the easiest to remove I started there for today. I feel it looks more suttle than the silver trim (IMO).

THANKS TO
Evasive Motorsports for great customer service and fast shipping

Auto Glo (AUTOGLO Collision Center) for a great install, professionalism, and great pricing. This is definitely a great body shop. Ask for Kevin.

And to Mike (here on the forums) for recommending Auto Glo.

APR for making such a great quality wing. The carbon fiber weave is perfect.

Well guys I install a wing on my car and I love it. It is a APR GTC 200 universal wing. The stands are mounted 29 1/2'' apart with a wingspan of 59 1/2'' and height of 8 1/2'' to the highest point. So I'd say it's a conservative wing but still very funtional. I have just started to track so even then this will still serve a great purpose in my learning experience.

Just today going home on the interstate at 55mph I could more than tell it was there. The car felt so more planted, especially when switching lanes. Then at 85mph it was just that much more. I couldn't only imagine at 120mph would it would be like. Or just having a bigger wing and what they do.

I hope you guys like. Enjoy. I still have love for the haters too.

And the view out the rear. This pic was taken at eye level. You can see very little of the bottum side of the wing. So it's defiantly not obstructing your view.

VQStryker 10-17-2011 02:07 PM

What size wheels u use at th track?? Wing is clean btw.

SPOHN 10-17-2011 02:15 PM

Then same ones you see there. 19x9.5 F and 19 10.5 R. Tires are RE-11's in 265 F and 305 R. There pretty light for what they are. I believe 22lbs on the rear wheel only.

HKYStormFront 10-17-2011 02:34 PM

looks like kind of a steep angle of attack to me...

SPOHN 10-17-2011 02:40 PM

I haven't adjusted it yet. It's a 3%. Zero (being lowest in the center section) is recommended for starters and it goes up to 15% I believe. Depends on understeer and oversteer. Have tp do some testing.

HKYStormFront 10-17-2011 02:42 PM

ah ok, just looks a lot steeper in the pics for some reason. not sure what mike and others run there's at but seems like they run it a tad lower than that. 1* or 2* iirc

I talk to Mike abouut his also. He's at the lowest setting. But we do have a little different looking wings. So that could throw it off. Or the angle of the pics. That's your speciality.

Just looked. It's not as bad as the pics make look.

HKYStormFront 10-17-2011 03:01 PM

just asked bryan, his response:

hope that helps...

Baer383 10-17-2011 03:02 PM

It looks like the wing off of Mikes plane.
You better give it back he needs it.:p

SPOHN 10-17-2011 03:08 PM

So he can make that flyby

Mike 10-17-2011 03:15 PM

Yeah, it does look like a steep angle, but its probably the pictures. I run 0 on mine. Reexamining their table and actually reading the data, it shows that at 0 I have 345lbs of downforce at 120, for comparison.

Mike 10-17-2011 03:18 PM

It does look great though!

HKYStormFront 10-17-2011 03:20 PM

yea that's probably what bryan's does at 2* i would guess...

SPOHN 10-17-2011 03:39 PM

After looking at it more it's defiantly the angle of the pics along with the design of the wing. The end plates angle down but the wing is flat. But it is a 3 degree's also.
