I was in the same situation as you when buying mine, but settled for gray, white is nice but will show you little imperfections you get in wrapping more.

You are correct on the wraps not being perfect. I consider to have one of the best wraps I have ever seen on any car, even 200k+ cars. Even then if you look hard enough you can find a couple bubbles in tight areas, and specs under it. Just have to learn to ignore it, because people at shows are so taken back by everything that they almost never see it until pointed out.

It did look nice, but it looks A LOT better with the clear coat on IMO.

I'm curious about this. I spoke with a bodyshop today about getting a Matte Gray and the guy said he has a method which he incorporates a clear coat in order to protect the matte and prevent it from fading out.

I know this guy is on the ball and very honest from my dealings with him in the past, just curious if anyonje can shed some light on this?
