yeah but after quitting smoking, food taste soo fvcking good it's damn near impossible to not eat more. I think the combo of my age and quitting smoking is catching up to me now. Going to have to start running or something this gut is a growing. I've easliy put on 25 lbs the past two years (probably more). But hey its better than still smoking thats for sure. April 1st will be my two year mark!

What?? Wait, 25 lbs for two years?? I'm only at almost three months and gain 25 lbs!!! I guess it's my mid life crisis as I've been jogging everyday to get my six packs back but that one pack keeps getting bigger day by day

Well to be fair the last time I weighted myself it was around 25-30 lbs, but that was about a year or so ago. My scale's batteries died and I haven't replaced them since so I'm not sure what the damage is at now.
