I think 21st or the saturday before that are the best dates in July. Gives us some lead time and probably isn't too late in the month to interfere with most of our travels.

Oh crap, I almost forgot to mention something. Ramadan is starting somewhere around July 20th so it has to be before that or I won't be able to make it. I think the weekend of the 14th might be the latest safe date unless we go to the end of August.
