Fuuuu bad news. Manager got back to me today. The earliest we can get a guaranteed table for 18 is 9:30 PM. So if we arrive earlier we'll have to hang out either outside or at the bar, first-come first-serve.
I'm going to give him a call again tomorrow to see if anything opens up but for now let's plan on drinks/appetizers and eating late. Will update the OP with more info.
