Has anyone had any experience with the Ruger 10/22 takedown? the utility purpose the rifle provides being a takedown intrigues me and has really got me thikning about picking one up this weekend

just bought my first gun yesterday! started off with something small so i got the Ruger SR22

anyone know of a good shooting range around VA? NRA is near me but i just hate that i have to pay for a first timer test! it's only 10 bucks but i don't like that idea
