What were you saying about the rear sight (being on backwards), is it that far forward because you have fat fingers? LOL. Get yourself a BCM GunFighter Charging handle, they're awesome  If you move the sight back, you'll have a longer sight radius, and better accuracy if you have to fall back on the iron sights.
