I wonder if something like a credit card is safe for the finish. But I think a pressure washer would be perfectly fine with the proper nozzle (one with a flat, wide spray pattern or an adjustable one set to a wide spray) and assuming you don't use it on full power if you high power one. Although I have no experience with the product, so I don't know how it will respond to a pressure washer vs peeling it off by hand vs some other method.
