Yes, the blue stuff is recommended change at 105K miles or 7 years according to the manual. The manual also claims that mixing any other coolant (including the green Nissan stuff) decreases the life of the original, factory-filled fluid.

I believe the pressure release valve is the radiator cap itself (IIRC it is rated to somewhere around 19.5 psi).

I still don't get why I wouldn't keep mine though. Color me confused. And my post was talking about the drive.
