better thank you, went to the Doctors yesterday, they swabbed the back of my throat, came back postive for Strep Throat. so they gave me antibiotic to take for 10 days ( 2 pills a day) and they're huge horse pills my god lol.

end of day 2 of taking them and body doesnt ache anymore and sore throat has been reduced to a mere nag from what it was

Most cities are hell. I try not to drive thru big cities at the rush hours. Did go thru Toronto during rush hour, it sux with all the construction going on there.
