Ordered the kit for 30 bucks. It comes with the proprietary screwdriver and glass plate. Took me 2 minutes to switch it out. The front glass is a lot harder to do. Someone I know ordered the front kit. Pretty much had to take the entire phone apart. Took a few hours lols. Tapatalk & such etc
