He had the final responsible of that gun. He was the last to handle it. He should have checked it himself.

Yep! Regardless if he pulled the trigger or pulled the hammer back on a faulty revolver he pointed a gun at some one. He is responsible. The fact he is trying to blame other people and equipment is really slimy.

I bought a Tipton gun vise last month. Make it easier to work on my rifles. Cabela's had it on the shelf.
