I have a Marlin 1895 in 45-70 but I’m looking to get one in a smaller caliber like .357 Mag. I was looking to get another Marlin but Henry just released almost all their lever actions with side loading gates. They still can be loaded via the tube which give you the best of both worlds which has attracted my attention.
