It looks like it says UMP on the receiver.
Did you re-engrave the receiver because it looks like an USC receiver.
Yep. Started as a USC, and then had it re-engraved when I SBR'd the frame. In addition to the mods on the USC frame (cutout vents, sights, etc.) it has a UMP pistol grip that has been brought to spec with 922r compliance and a stock block to connect the UMP stock. 9mm barrel, bolt group, extractors, etc. There are a few other mods as well. PM me if you have questions. I would HIGHLY recommend going this route with your USC. Completely changes the firearm to what it was meant to be.

How did you get around the 1986 FOPA? Class 3 dealer?
Even if your G36 was converted to semi-auto only it will still be classified as a machine gun.
Is it a clone and not a real G36?

Don't mind me, just curious.
G36 was converted from an HK SL8 (so yes: clone). Had the rear cut off and an original G36 stock block plastic welded on. G36 Grip (converted for compliance and is totally non-auto, despite the markings). Forearm and other G36 hardware/barrel added. SBR'd and Re-engraved. I actually have all three barrel lengths for it that I can switch out G36E, G36K, and G36C (pictured).

I never knew how much I enjoyed gunsmithing and building until I got hooked on these guns and learned that the only way that I would ever own one was if I built it myself. Not trying to brag (too much), but my safes are pretty ridiculous these days with the hardware inside.

To paraphrase a quote from Professor X: "I feel a great swell of pity for anyone who comes to this [house] looking for trouble."

Send me a PM if you want to learn more about the process. I know a lot of good people who can help you gather the parts and do the custom work along the way.

Nice touch on the UMP engraving.

Seeing your build has reignited my interest in converted mine.
Found this on hkparts.net
ACR stock
Never wanted the standard UMP stock.
They also have the UMP lower I want and UMP mags fully made in the US too.

Your house isn't the only one.
