Controversial subject. Not everyone agrees that limp-wristing is a problem - at most thought to be only one component of ejection problems. Although it's possible that the grip angle of the Glocks may contribute to FTE's relative to the way that some people hold it, the issue appears to be improved given the different recoil springs in the Gen 4.

I've taken courses from some recognized Glock experts. Larry Vickers does give it some credence as a combination of grip technique and design factors. Louis Awerbuck just make a rude noise when the subject of limp wristing is brought up.
