I asked a gun store about CCW and they gave me a reason that there's too many cops in this county so they feel there's no reason for citizens to have the need for CCW which is why you can't get it. I just took my HSC test today and one of the questions was about CCW. I got the answer right when i chose something like "it is impossible to get CCW"
