Which one would your recommend?
Between those two, for concealed carry, I'd get the P2000SK. Its form factor makes it more suitable for that purpose. It's important that you actually handle both the P2000SK and the P30 though...there's a significant difference in the grip ergonomics. Some people like one and hate the other, and vice-versa. Personally, I prefer the P30's grip, but for concealed carry (which I rarely do) I went with the much smaller and thinner Walther PPS in 9mm. I didn't care for the Glock 26, nor the M&P 9c...grip was too fat and too short for me to be comfortable with.

Unfortunately it seems that no one around town has P30s in stock, and the grip options are really appealing. On the other hand I have found a couple P2000SKs for really good prices around town, so I am at least going to check them out. I understand that the P2000SK does have adjustable grip options as well (which it at least has that on a Glock).

Since it is so small and I have a second concealed carry class this weekend (and I don't hate it) I might just pick it up today. I love my Full size USP .45 and .40SW and am planning on picking up a HK45 sometime this year, so I don't think it would be a bad move to get the P2000SK in any case as you can see I am a big fan of H&Ks!

Thanks for the feedback fellas...I will let you know how it turns out!

If you're comfortable with the grip, the P2000SK is a good pistol and will serve you well. Try to avoid the LEM trigger option. One tip, get plenty of magazines. They're notorious for being expensive and hard to get, and may get more so as the presidential election heats up if it looks like BO is getting the edge. Some of their earlier magazines had spring problems. IIRC, you can use USP mags, although they stick out at the bottom.

I would also like to point out a couple other things that may be in play with the declining crime rates:
I don't think so. I think the real reasons won't be revealed for another decade or two, at the very least. History isn't the same as journalism, and until we are politically disconnected from the era, it'll all be seen through a red/blue perspective.

Also, as the resident hyper-liberal, I have to bite my tongue to comply with the forum rules.

At least you seem to be a liberal with some brains. *logic defied*
