Look at the Walther PPS in .40 cal - much thinner than the Glock. I couldn't hack the stubby grip on the G26 and its lack of 5th finger support. Especially in .40, you want to make sure you can manage the recoil with only a partial grip.

I checked the PPS out at the gun shop over the weekend. It is very thin, almost awkwardly so. It's a very nice piece, though.

i like it, but im worried it my be too thin for my big hands...

anyone hear good about the xd 40 sub-compact?
