Walther PPS IMHO. It's a very nice pistol. My wife has one, as do I. Your other options are the KelTec, which is IMHO a bad pistol, or the Kahr PM9, which IMHO has rather finicky feeding issues. There's also the Ruger LCP...I've never owned one, I've heard good things and bad things about it...more bad than good.

PPS video from NutNFancy (it's a reasonable overview, but the guy's kind of a **** and he's never actually shot the thing)

Here's a review from a guy who's actually shot it...
