Too bad about your Mini not feeling well and having to bail on autoX. Hopefully you guys can get caught up on you sleep and get feeling better.

Carving pumpkins should be relaxing and fun. Do you cook up the pumpkin seeds?

Mini Force loved it! He had a lot of fun playing with Nana and unwrapping all of his presents! He enjoyed looking at his cake but wouldn't eat any... More for me

To cook pumpkin seeds,

Remove seeds from pumpkin
Wash seeds
Pre heat oven to 300°
Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray
Spread seeds out on cookie sheet
Lightly spray seeds with non-stick spray, add salt for flavour
Place cookie sheet with pumpkin seed into oven, flip seeds (approx 10 minutes) part way through cooking to ensure even cooking
Remove seeds when golden
Let cool and enjoy

*I'm not responsible for anyone setting their house on fire while trying to make roasted pumpkin seeds.

Morning everyone.

Worked on the 5.0 and ST yesterday. Took the S2000 out for a ~60 mile drive last night. Taking the ST to the car meet this morning... coffee and a breakfast bagel from Starbucks
