My bad! I updated my post with some descriptions.

I made this last night:

It's cod seasoned with a bit of adobo and fresh ground black pepper, sauteéd in a bit of olive oil and butter. It was actually quite good.

Got some new cookware which I am pretty happy with. Cuisinart MultiClad:
