The Official Battlefield 3 370z Platoon

We definitely need to link up on v comm. I was flying around with a friend a few nights ago in the Viper as a gunner and it was great. It is definitely highly effective but both gunner and pilot have to do their job.

The only PITA is if you aren't flying right on the deck any decent mobile AA operator or Stinger-equipped engineers will annoy the living isht out of you.

The Abrams and T-90s are also awesome weapons with a team using voice com. Highly effective.

Also... it's hilarious shooting down n00b pilots (jets and helos a like) with the tank's main gun.

Oh, you have no idea how much pleasure I get out of that. I practiced that constantly in BF2...

What annoys me is sometimes they are able to withstand a shell. No way.

I'm one of those guys who likes to annoy with either the tank (my favorite vehicle) or the AA. I'm enjoying the AA in BF3. You have to place it right and be patient with good pilots that know how to avoid the missiles.

I've got decent tank craft but I stink at AA, and I have been reluctant to try because I know it could be used better by someone with more experience. If I used it the team would probably get raped by helos and jets.
